The purpose of this organization is to increase the popularity of scouting and to add new members to
Troop 493. As you develop relationships and friendships throughout your years with our Troop, not only will
our organization become stronger, but also you as an individual.
Our mission is to turn young boys into young men by preparing them to make the right ethical and moral choices.
